I tried a few video’s but didn’t conect and wasn’t enjoying it. I stumbled across your Beginners vidoe and i’ve been doing it every good day that i have had for a month. I have started to notice a change in my body, that it’s not as tight in my neck and shoulders and that my muscles are getting stronger and im actually enjoying it:) I finally feel i may be getting somewhere and just wanted to say thank you for being such a genuine and caring lady and making your video’s so enjoyable and real:)
