Currently I am doing yoga twice a week one day after a short run and the other as a yoga only day and I consider it cross training (no other running activities). Do you recommend that I combine yoga with my daily conditioning (running & swimming) or have a day scheduled just for yoga and consider it cross training? I want to make sure that my body is fully benefitting from the yoga. And that I am mentally and physically prepared for my first ever half marathon.
